On January 5 Viola Davis received a star on The Hollywood Walk of Fame.  Finally something happy on the blog.

The location of her star was once the place where the Ice Cream Sundae was born, so they say.  It was called CC Browns and everybody came here until it closed in 1999. Today it is a Marshall’s Department store.
