1893 Nikolas Tesla introduces the first prototype for High-frequency / Violet Light, three years earlier he had patented the tesla coil.  Today the high-frequency wand is used on the face to minimize pores, lifting, stimulating collagen production, as a solution for acne and of course hair growth.
